Exchange  Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our hair extensions. Please review our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchanges

• Condition of Products: Exchanges are accepted only for hair extensions that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for products that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.

• Time Frame: Requests for exchanges must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Process for Exchanges

1. Initiate an Exchange: Contact our Customer Support Team at 1@borinquenhair.com to request an exchange authorization.

2. Exchange Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive an Exchange Authorization Number and instructions for returning the product.

3. Shipping the Exchange: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the original invoice. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.

Processing the Exchange

• Exchange Fulfillment: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it’s of lower value, a store credit will be issued for the remaining amount.

• Shipping of Exchange Item: The exchanged item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-exchangeable:

• Opened or used hair extensions, wigs , frontals , closures , tape ins and wefts.

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

• opened hair products 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately below  there’s a contact, We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement as appropriate.
