All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time & Carrier

We use USPS for all shipments. Delivery may take 10-12 business days after processing, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen delays such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or high order volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. The total shipping fee will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to your email within 48-72 hours after shipment, depending on order volume. Please allow USPS time to update tracking information after your package has been received by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Borinquen Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
